**Everyday**
- Design user journey and workflow according to company product direction to articulate the best User Experience for customers
- Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
- Work together with product owner and development team to create high fidelity UI design
- Do usability test from internal and external clients and analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
- Assist Product Owners to create best User Experience on digital platform for customer
- Revise and update design and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback
- Mentor, coach and build high performing team of skilled user experience professional with focusing on interaction design and seamless online customer journey
- Further develop the designs and design materials in sufficient detail that they can be expressed as clear features suitable for implementation by software development teams.

**Your will need to**
- 3 years+ of UX/UI design experience for digital and web/mobile-based products (and the portfolio to prove it)
- Strong skills in UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, prototyping and A/B testing
- Skills in HTML & CSS are an advantage
- A follower of design trends & technology of web / app design.
- Able to interact with development, business, and client team
- Effective ability to lead and train teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and facilitation of multiple sprints within enterprise environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
