- **To answer and manage internal and external calls received, resolving customer queries effectively and efficiently in a courteous manner and according to Genesis Standards.**:

- **Answer incoming phone calls professionally, deliver message.**:

- **Distribute incoming fax.**:

- **Keep all related communication equipment in good working condition at all times.**:

- **Report the supervisor immediately if any equipment in the office need special urgent maintenance.**:

- **Ensure the function order is completed according to the schedule.**:

- **Control the messenger schedule and stationery & daily supplies stock.**:

- **Supervise the maid.**:

- **Take care of any assignments added by the direct supervisor.**:
