**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to create responsive and visually appealing web pages.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, performing regular site maintenance and updates.
- Implement and manage content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into projects as appropriate.
- Conduct website performance tests and optimize code for improved speed and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web development technologies.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
