1. To coordinate and monitor all activities relating to the company’s regulation.
2. To create, structure, strategize and draft legal documentations such as contracts, MOU and so on.
3. To check over completed documents for accuracy and quality.
4. To follow up on new or revised laws and regulations and advise the impact Management Team and handling legal research.
5. To advice/guidance/solution/documentations to the Management Team and concerned parties.
6. Preparing memos and other correspondence.
7. To analyze information and give valid legal opinion, advice and propose solution(s) to the issued asked.
8. Preparing subpoenas and other legal documents.
9. Other legal matters relating to the company’s business.
