Position: Construction Planner.
**Salary**: Negotiable (THB.)
Employment Status: Contract 1 Year.
Location : Laem Chabang.
**Job Summary**:
A Construction Planner in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) for onshore oil & gas is responsible for developing and managing detailed construction plans and schedules for various onshore facilities. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and resource allocations for onshore projects.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop contingency plans.
- Create detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
- Track resource utilization and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Resource Allocation:
- Allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support construction activities.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Prepare cost estimates for construction activities, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Track project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
- Monitor construction progress and identify any deviations from the planned schedule.
- Report on project status to project managers and stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
- Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and costs.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or engineering industry
- Experience in EPC of offshore platform, module, jacket and/or other facilities in oil & gas and/or energy sectors
- Knowledge of project management processes.
- Good command of English communication.
- Able to comply with working time Monday - Friday.
