**Location**: Philippines (Remote)

**Shift and Schedul**e: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700 PHT

**Position Overview**

RecruitGo is in search of a Digital and performance Marketing who will be working with our client based in Singapore. Our client is a Creative Agency & Realty Company. In this role, you will be responsible for Design and develop sales-oriented landing pages on WordPress, collaborating with marketing and design teams. Use user research to enhance user experience and boost conversions. Lead brainstorming for innovative web design solutions and continuously optimize landing page performance.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who is a deep understanding of web design principles and customer psychology. Skilled in leading creative sessions, with strong communication and attention to detail for high-quality work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop user-friendly and sales-focused landing pages via Wordpress.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align website design with business goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes for innovative web design solutions.
- Continuously assess and optimize the performance of landing pages.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly in creating sales landing pages.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative web design projects with a focus on sales and user engagement.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Elementor).
- Excellent understanding of web design principles and customer psychology.
- Ability to lead creative processes and ideation sessions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Must be strong in CSS, HTML, experience in using Wordpress and Elementor.
