**Job Description**:
You will be serving the needs of the business, guests and colleagues by ensuring all our guests have the opportunity to experience the full resort, exceed guest expectations, create unique memories and experiences for the guests and opportunities which lead to greater revenue capture. The management team will look to you to perform multiple roles as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative and public relations agent, performing these duties with the utmost politeness, efficiency, friendliness and positive attitude to guest queries.

Your key duties and responsibilities are to create an atmosphere of welcome, provide personal service and develop a true sense of community. You will monitor daily arrivals ensuring all food and beverage related requests are carried out, anticipate guest needs, handle guest inquiries and be knowledgeable of products and services of the resort, in particular food & beverage outlets and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a hotel operations leadership role
- Excellent guest service skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Good English speaking, listening, writing and reading skills
