- Lead projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Support Development Team during the implementation

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in backend development and systems analysis.
- Familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MongoDB (database design, queries, optimization, performance tuning)
- Understanding of fraud detection software (machine learning models, configuration, integration)
- Knowledge of Kafka (architecture, message streaming, data pipeline management)
- Ability to determine hardware requirements based on project needs and load
- Data analysis and generating actionable insights
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in gathering and documenting system requirements
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and presentations
- Experience with API integration (RESTful APIs, other integration techniques)
- Knowledge of workflow automation and orchestration tools
- Understanding of data security practices and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (SOC2, PCIDSS) (nice to have, not mandatory)
