Overview:
**Scope**:

- End-to-end processing of BKK office for IndoChinaBUHQ, AsiaBevGmdBUHQ, APAC SectorHQ and AMEASA Sector team and Interaction with various departments and intercompanies, e.g. GMS, HR, R&D, and marketing for running their G&A and project costs smoothly and correctly.
- Internal Control for those BUHQs.
- Period end reporting for BUHQs.
- Co-star, and Blackline Application administrator
- Cross-Functional collaboration (Agency, GTMS, and Administrative) for arranging of Expatriate lease house.
- Support Accounting and Tax Managers for the reports and processing ad-hocs requirements.
- Concur and Advance to Employees for T&E monitoring and resolving issues.

**Responsibilities**:
**General Accountabilities**:
**_ Transaction Processing_**
- Review the payment transactions and documentation.
- Review the Journal vouchers and documentation.
- Review related reports and connect with IBM for monthly Advance to Employee T&E recording and resolving issues.
- Connect with counter parties (Concur Technical team and business functions) to resolve the issues with Concur and Advance to Employee T&E claims.

Internal Control_**
- Ensure the transactions are processed according to PepsiCo policies and BU’s Authority Matrix

**_
Financial Reporting _**
- Period end closing process, including of preparing schedule, following up and monitoring, and review proper accuracy of closing entries.
- Prepare the Periodic Data Input for HFM upload of period transactions.
- Review and advise IBM to correct account detail balances of PSAL each month end.
- Connect with counter parties (IBM, RCOE, business functions) for the statutory audit process during the year and for year end.
- Prepare HQs report tracking for both draft process and final process.
- Support and provide information for Tax Calculation

**SAP Accountabilities**

**_ Financial Reporting _**
- Period end closing process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- More than 4-5 years of experience in accounting field or Financial Reporting.
- Preferred Audit background in Big4
- Excellent command of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using SAP and Excel.
- Positive "can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptable and flexible in changing environments.
