As a **Business Analyst** you will directly shape the future of mobility supporting all our business lines - across B2C and B2B services. You will work as an internal consultant solving complex business problems on a project basis, working alongside operation, product, and other teams to conduct analyses, identify key insights, and drive the implementation for achieving results. You will work with a diverse set of talent, including EV experts, ex-consultants, and PhDs.

**Business Analyst - (Full-time)**

**Key responsibilities**

Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- **Solve complex business problems** that drive the top and bottom-line growth across our service portfolio
- **Build a rigorous set of analyses** **and insights** that drive decision making, present findings and recommendations to Senior Management
- **Execute to ensure results are realized**, diving deep into each business on the ground
- **Collaborate across teams** (e.g., business, operation, product) to drive project results
- **Challenge our thinking** by sharing your views on other parts of the business
- **Learn & adapt**, ticking all the above boxes might be nearly impossible; thus, lacking on certain aspects are fine, as long as you are open to learn, receive guidance, and partner with team members in unfamiliar areas

**Qualifications**
- At least 1-2 years of conducting in-depth analyses and executing to drive the results are preferred
- Strong analytical skills, ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Able to work independently, enjoy finding answers and working with others from high level guidance
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and executing, not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent welcome. Engineering, business, accounting, finance, economics, science, or mathematical degree
- Extra curricular activities which demonstrate leadership is preferred

**Who we are**

We are a transportation tech company with extensive experiences in both software and hardware. Currently, our flagship products are MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 10 million trips with 600+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
