**Marketing Role**:

- Create and implement marketing campaigns on communication activities.
- Execute marketing social media plan with focusing on increasing new customers.
- Manage and create content for social media.
- Understand marketing objectives, strategic positioning and target audience to an outstanding idea.
- Maximize business value by using digital to drive cross functional.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
- Promote company’s product in the digital space and press release distribution to the local media partners in Thailand.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and react to real time trends and data.

**Sales Role**:

- Good coordinate between sales and other departments in order to achieve the target.
- Fully support & solve the problem for sales team and customer.
- Approaching and presenting customer about company’s service.
- Make joint sales visits to customers with sales representative / account owner occasionally to solicit feedback to improve service level and able to customers needed.
- To retain & keep good relationship with existing customers and approaching new customers.
- Improving customer engagement in order to develop the customer partnership to expand business growth.
- Rate requesting to procurement team both local and overseas and ensure their returning rate is competitive.
- Identify opportunities to improve company service with agreeing specific plan with customer.
- Follow up sales strategies and prepare quotation to customers.
- Influencing customers to grow in sales volumes, margin and new business.
- Creating value proposition with clearly described benefits for customers.
- To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the company needs.

**Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience**:

- University degree in major of sales & marketing or major of logistics.
- Management or equivalent with at least 2 years’ business development / marketing experience.
- Strong digital & social marketing expertise.
- Experience in social media and/or eCommerce.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.

**Special Knowledge**:

- Computer basic knowledge, Microsoft Office, SEO, PPC, Google
- AdWords, Content management systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Fluent in English language.
- Freight forwarding industry.
- Transportation / Logistics knowledge.

**Personal Qualification**:

- Good internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge.
- Self-confident with positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation and customer service mind skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High responsibility, flexibility and discreetness.
- Excellence on communication skill.
- Sales-oriented but operational conscious.
- Strong in implementation and follow up.
- Professional competence.
- Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
