3. จัดทำรายการอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องสั่งซื้อเพิ่มเติม
4. นำขยะของแผนกครัวผลิตไปทิ้ง
5. เตรียมเครื่องใช้ และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้เมื่อทัวร์เข้า หรือมีอาหารเช้า ตาม Function
6. เบิกอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ ให้เพียงพอกับการใช้งาน
7. ร่วมกันตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้กับ เจ้าหน้าที่สโตร์
