To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a

**Claims Administrative Officer**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Scan documents and manage data entry into the system. Update databases with daily information. Follow-up on original documents from providers. Manage the documents received and data entry in turnaround time.
- Coordinate process across departments, track claims documents, original invoices received, coordinate to store and send to another department.
- Manage data backlog, ensuring data have been entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Pull-out information from the system, ensuring to pass on to relevant departments within the timeframe.
- Support from and back office on daily tasks assigned.
- Analyse payment reports and check the inbound and outbound information. Keep track of payments paid to both clients and providers.

Your profile:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 2 years of experience as administrative support preferably in an international company.
- Detail oriented, well organized, and reliable.
- Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail
