**PLANNING SUPERVISOR**:
Our team in **Bangkok** currently has an opening for a **Planning Supervisor**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**:

- Co-ordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain & Operations, Finance, Customers, Suppliers, and other key stakeholders along the supply chain to ensure proper sales and operations planning and optimum stock level at any point in time while satisfying customer’s requirements for OTIF deliveries.
- Identify and analyze inventory issues, prepare inventory and planning information for sharing to Business Units, and execute actions related to inventory management to prevent/ deplete slow moving & obsolete stocks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Business Units and Demand Planners to ensure that demand inputs/ sales forecasts are appropriately represented in the demand plan.
- Implement planning procedures and process improvement to maintain/ enhance business effectiveness and achieve optimum inventory levels to fulfil customer’s needs.
- Co-ordinate with Procurement & other related functions on purchasing volume, execute PR process and update information in related SAP system where relevant.
- Execute material replenishment/ material requirement planning program in alignment with the demand plan.
- Liaise with key customers and Commercial colleagues to obtain and exchange information on sales forecast, supply plan, delivery plan, and new product introduction.
- Analyze inventory pattern and identify inventory issues to share to Business Units and Management.
- Co-ordinate with Business Units to improve/ optimize inventory turns and reduce excess stock in order to prevent slow moving stock and deplete obsolescence.
- Work closely with Procurement, Business Units, Finance, and related functions within Supply Chain & Operations to prevent and deplete slow moving and obsolete items to ensure optimum stock levels while satisfying customer service level agreements.
- Plan and execute Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with related Business Units including the planning of production for blending products where relevant.
- Ensure all business activities are proceeded according to the Working Instructions as specified in the Integrated
- Management System including process requirements related to QSHE and Job 7.
- Support or execute planning initiatives/ strategies as related to areas of responsibility or assigned suppliers/ key customer accounts.
- Contribute for team success and put in extra effort when needed to help others.
Improve efficiency/ effectiveness and seek ways to improve services, reduces duplication in own job area, and control costs.
- Promote and ensure team alignment with strategic direction, vision and values and suggest proactive measures.
- Set clear direction and what are expected of team members while building others’ confidence in dealing with ambiguity, conflict, and decision making.
- Modify and adapt current solutions and approaches to better meet business needs or different environment.
- Support individual development and improvement through employee’s performance feedback and other opportunities to enhance staff skills and capabilities.
- Undertake other duties/ special projects as may be assigned by the superiors.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related business fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Professional certification or Master’s Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Industrial Engineering is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years as a planning professional with hand-on experience on material planning/ demand planning/ supply planning/ aggregate production planning with track records in handling multiple projects or a large number of product SKU’s.
- Experience and good knowledge in using SAP (PP & MM as minimum requirements).
- Direct experience in managing key suppliers/ customer accounts or experience from a trading company is considered an advantage.
- Experience in developing and coordinating good working relationships with all levels within the organization as well as suppliers and key customers is required.
- Experience in developing or executing a process improvement tool to ensure planning effectiveness and efficiency for an organization and stakeholders along the supply chain is preferred.

- Good to excellent communication skills in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Strong problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Being energetic, organized, result-driven, and customer centric.
- Good knowledge about Finance & Accounting.
- Ability to use advanced Excel program to handle related planning tasks, reporting and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with limited direct supervision.
- Ability to respond and adapt to changing business conditions and evolving strategic guidelines.
