Job Description

Conduct drive tests to evaluate network coverage, signal strength, call quality, and data throughput across designated areas.

Analyze drive test data using specialized software to identify areas of network degradation or performance issues.

Prepare comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations for network optimization.

Participate in network optimization projects, collaborating with engineers to implement solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunication technologies and network testing methodologies.

Maintain accurate records of test data and generate reports for stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth network performance.

Travel to various locations throughout Indonesia for on-site testing (may require overnight stays).

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field) preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a telecommunications engineering role or a related field.

Experience conducting drive tests and analyzing network performance data using specialized software (e.g., TEMS Investigation, Nemo Outdoor).

Strong understanding of telecommunication network principles, including cellular technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid Indonesian driver's license.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills.
