**Job Summary**
Product Manager is accountable for strategy development and its implementation for a specific group of _Neuro products (Implant, Instrument, Device)._ He or she must develop and recommend specific marketing objectives and forecast for products sold, manage the execution of authorized marketing plans to achieve or exceed sales volume and profit margin planned.Product Manager is accountable for strategy development and its implementation for a specific group of products. - Market Research and Analysis
- Researches and analyzes market information, monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Evaluate feasibility of potential new products/features, including technical feasibility, market size, potential revenue, etc., and make recommendations with respect to implementation.
- Maintains close contact with HQ and regional marketing with regards to any marketing/sales program and new product development, and provide regular updates to the senior management.
- To initiate market research projects essential for the success of existing and planned new products.
- Regular field visits are required with sales representatives or sales supervisor to collect feedback on current programs and market conditions/needs.
- Planning
- Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve product objectives.
- Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy.
- Inventory planning for existing product & new product by coordinating with Supply Chain Management.
- The initiation of ideas and methods of improving product sales performance.
- Oversees development and maintenance of customer database.
- Execution
- Develops and adapt promotional activity for assigned products in accordance with market trends to ensure profitability.
- Organize continuous educational programs, seminars, conferences, workshop under hospital care as may be needed for the concerned product line ensuring ROI.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with key hospitals and key customer and strategic partners.
- Liase with Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Field Force, Medical Department, Accounting, Warehouse and external sources necessary for achievement of the set product objectives.
- Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Provide Sales, Marketing and Customer Service support for new and existing products.
- Product Training and scientific information reviewed on monthly basis to update product knowledge to the Sales personnel and customers.
- Develop various promotional materials for assigned products as per guidelines.
- Implementation of marketing activities in accordance to PReMA code of sales and marketing practices.
- Incorporate the global direction for local launch plans.
- Immediate report adverse drug reactions from customers to concerned authorities accordingly.
- Reporting
- Provide monthly reports by describing details of activity within his/her market.
- Provide monthly Travel Plan to Immediate Superior with detail objective.
- Analyze and report data patterns which affect the marketing of the products, making recommendations to improve the product’s functionality and profitability.
- Knowledge & Development
- Working in alliance with medical societies, health organization to stay up to date on new developments in the field.
- To attend and actively participate in meetings and training courses organized by the company.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Work experince in related to medical product or related to understand business
- English skill in intermediate level
- Proficient in using excel (pivot / vlookup)
- Experience in using Alexis, Power BI, Sales Force will be advantage
