- 1. Bachelor’s degree with related fields.
- 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experiences in purchasing and import.
- 3. Good command/fluency in English communication.
- 4. Food manufacturing or any kind of manufacturing will be advantage.
- 5. Able to use SAP or similar system
- Key Responsibilities:
- Market/trend data analysis for each of raw material.
- Price negotiation, sourcing, all purchasing process of rice.
- Coordinating of procurement between the head office, warehouse, vendors and related parties.
- Handled PR, issue PO/contract to update into SAP system and take claims for all

damaged.- Supervise and executes procurement activities.

ensuring company’s objectives are supported and met.- Provide structured recommendation to purchase for all item exceeding authority matrix, and

support decision making of the Purchasing Manager (Direct)- Monitor & update delivery status with suppliers and responsibility as assigned by purchasing

manager(direct) Report directly to Purchasing Manager(direct).- Visit and audit Suppliers in the Country and 3rd countries according to responsibility and

where relevant engaged internal stakeholders to partake in such activities- Analyzing activities for any improvement or reducing risk ahead of direct purchasing
