- Learning and understanding the current business and system with the infrastructure. Responsible for gathering and designing the system (UI, Database, process, Report) from business requirements.
- Identifying, collecting, and recommending appropriate system solutions.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining related documents such as System requirements, System flow, System design, Database design, etc.
- Coordinate with developer teams, users, and third parties/vendors to support the development process.
- Work with the Technical and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in major of computer sciences, IT or related fields.
- Experience with IT Business Analysis of at least 3 years
- Experience in Financial Business
- Experience in Technical skills in the development life cycle and process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong systematical, analytical, creative, problem-solving, and critical thinking
