We are now expanding our production with a new factory in Rayong Provinces Thailand. We are therefore searching for a Production Supervisor to lead and establish management in Production function in our new production facilities in Rayong, Thailand. As Production Supervisor you will work closely with the Production Manager in setting up the new facilities.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support management decisions in the execution of the responsibilities as production worker.
- In co-operation with the production manage establish the strategy and goals for the efficient organization and operation of production area.
- Develop and maintain the professional routines and processes related to production area.
- Ensure high quality in work process and methodologies and establish a continuous improvement.
- Daily and weekly report on team progress to Production Manager
- Be part of solving problems/issues related to the production team /area
- Perform daily production work, including but not limited to:

- Assembly and testing of products manufactured by the company.
- Cleaning and packing of products manufactured by the company.
- Fault-finding and repair of products and parts, and prepare repair reports.
- The logging of work orders in the computer systems.
- Immediate report on line problems and /or issues to Production Manager
- Coordinate and delegate team tasks
- Ensure that the team delivers what is require within agreed upon time and with correct quality
- Communication between production manager and production team
- Ensure that products are assembled and delivered timely and with correct quality to the warehouse.
- Be an active team member and contribute positively to the accomplishment of the company's strategies and plans.
- Ensure that your working areas is clean and good looking
- Ensure that the tools, equipment and machines are kept in a good shape and operational at all times.
- Contribute to efficient implementation of LEAN methodologies within the production and assembly areas.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, or supervisory experience/handling people.
- Familiar with modern enterprise administration, lean production management and practice experience accumulation, thorough understanding mechanical processing and packaging equipment, able to handle and deal with the production emergency
- Can understand mechanical drawings
- Familiar with IOS9001/14001/SA8000 and management concept of TQM, TPM.
- Bachelor's Engineering Graduate degree.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / Skillset:

- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- MS Office ,SAP, ERP
