**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:
**1.รับข้อร้องเรียนปัญหาทางคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบ ผลผลิตระหว่างการผลิต**
**2.จัดทำและทบทวนเอกสารในระบบบริหารคุณภาพในส่วนการประกันคุณภาพ**
**3.ประเมินความเสี่ยงและหาแนวทางป้องกัน**
**4.จัดทำ Product History Record**
**5.จัดทำและอัพเดทข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับสถานที่ผลิตยา กิจกรรมการผลิตยา**
**ตามที่ระบุในใบอนุญาต รายชื่อยาที่ผลิตทั้งหมด**
**6.จัดทำระบบการจัดการ จัดเก็บ ควบคุม ทำลายเอกสารควบคุมคุณภาพทั้งใน**
**รูป Soft File และ Hard Copy**
**7.ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในการประเมิน ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิต การจัด**
**การวัตุถุดิบ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน GMP**
**8.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย**:
