Position : Toolshop Manager

Education: Graduate of Mechanical/Chemical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering or other related course Experience

Job Responsibilities;
- Manage Overall Process and Engineering Responsibility for Tool & Jig Fabrication process.
- Work closely with TFA & Production Engineers to improve Tool functional & operational capability.
- Follow-up and/or initiate problem identification & troubleshooting for tool quality and molding issues.
- Participate in Tool Kick-off and Design Review discussion..
- Improve and update Tool and Jig buy-off, tools, process and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage activities with other department towards quality system, continuous improvement and Customer' s requirement.
- To ensure department documentation and records compliance with Quality System.
- Review tool output Quality issues and improvement with Quality Engineer and fabrication team.
- Monitoring and manage department to achieve KPI’s.
- Monitoring Control and train prepare all necessary material be ready to set up CNC. EDM and Wire cut.
- Monitoring Control and train operate CNC. EDM and Wire cutting machine.
- Monitoring Control and train all (4M) concern Quality of work piece (mold) to drawing spec.
- Monitoring Control and train Generate maintenance all of machine and equipment.
- Monitoring Control and train prepare equipment and hand tool to support fast set up and fast verify.
- Monitoring Control and train support design engineer too Verify Quality and Improve process.
- Monitoring Control and train to keep record and correct history of tool.
- Monitoring Control and train to feed back any weak of program to design and all concern.
- Coordinate with other department for every issue related to quality product.
- Trained, Audit, Monitor controlled 4 M. and recorded in tool shop area.
- Ensure department compliance to ISO/TS16949 and any standard.
- Review and conduct 5S, kaizen for overall department System and Process improvement.
- Plan, follow-up and update results of Department KPI and Operational Targets.
