**About the Company**

Fields Analytics Ltd has been approved to operate within the Kingdom of Thailand by the Thailand Board of investment. This approval allows us to offer legal work permits to foreign nationals with the skill levels detailed below. Established in 2012, we have been operating in the city of Chiangmai, offering our clients telephone operatives in Sales and Customer Service. Our office is located on the west side of the city, just a short drive from Chiangmai University. **Details of position**:
We are currently expanding our sales team, who handle warm leads from Italian clients looking to find a solution to their IT issues. You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients in order to help them understand the high quality service we offer and why we are the best on the market. Clients can benefit from our free assessment, no obligation quotations and world class service.

**The main duties of the position are**:

- Handling incoming and outgoing calls from the Italian market
- Providing prospective clients with detailed information about our services
- Maintaining accurate notes
- Transferring calls to other departments.

**Preferred skills**:

- Fluent Italian speaking
- Call Centre or Sales experience
- Excellent communication
- Interested in Information Technology
- IT literate.

A real enthusiasm and willingness to learn will also be a requirement for consideration for this position.

**Job Specifics**:

- 20,000 THB per Month + Bonus (30k-60k THB OTE)
- 40 hours per week
- 14:00 - 23:00 Monday to Friday
- Based in Chiang Mai
- On-going training

**Salary**: ฿20,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month
