**Job Description**:

- This position is concerned with the operational side of Events Services, coordinating with other departments involved to ensure a smooth operation and the success of each event. Represent the brand and its Brand service standards. Act as a liaison between the customer and their representatives and the hotel by directing each hotel department as to their specific role in the pre-planning and execution of onsite events. Maximize revenue by up selling hotel product and services.

Work Experience
- Assist with the management and direction of staff
- Ability to handle multiple customers and operational demands with high degree of professionalism operating often with time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to operate independently and with high degree of autonomy requiring excellent time management skills and self-motivation.
- Quantitative processing of data via office machine equipment, mathematical computations and analytical skills and self-motivation
- Proficiency in the use of operation of computer systems with ability to navigate efficiently thought Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with the stressful Situation during busy period and deal with difficulty guests
- Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
- Always represent the image and brand standards of our hotel when dealing with Event Organizer or Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) however maintaining a low profile and etiquette.
- Assist Event Organizers or PCO to finalize group programs and review it when they arrive by conduct Pre-conference meeting
- Cooperate with the Event Organizer or PCO in all aspects of the pre event stage leading to the finalization of a day-to-day program which will then be supplemented by the rundown document.
- Provides group resume and Banquet Event order sheet for each Conference/Event.
- Liaise closely with the Event Organizer or PCO on a daily basis throughout the entire period to ensure smooth running and the success of all events.
- Basic knowledge of group revenue and be able to identify group revenue figure, update revenue to the System (if require)
- Be able to conduct pre-conference meeting and related meetings (if require) by client and PCO.
- Conduct debrief meeting with Event organizer and POC after the event end. Submit the Events Services Evaluation Form to event organizer or PCO to evaluate and express their feedback of their events at our Hotel
- Be able to Conduct hotel Event site inspection (s) for Event Organizer to support to Sales team both during the sales or operational process.
- Maximization of revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Ensures high standards of personal appearance and hygiene with clean and pressed uniforms and name badge as described in the Heartist handbook for all front-line team.
- Provides assistance to guests in all hotel emergency evacuation and medical procedures
