**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive inspections of electrical systems in residential and condominium properties.
- Identify and assess potential issues, safety hazards, and code violations within electrical systems.
- Provide detailed written reports outlining inspection findings, recommended repairs, and necessary upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and offer professional advice on maintenance and repairs.
- Stay updated with current electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an electrical inspector or in a similar role within residential or condominium settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical inspection (e.g., Electrical Inspector Certification).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of work.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience working in the Koh Samui or broader Thailand region.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: ฿20,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 56 per week
