Ensure that Cabin Operations are safe and legally compliant and is in conformance to the regulatory framework governed by the Air Operator Certificate issued by the CAAT.
Ensuring adequate in Cabin operating standards, procedures and facilities are consistent with current industry practices.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant Government agencies of Cabin operations.
Periodically evaluated in terms of Cabin Operations effectiveness and adequacy.
Ensure that up-to-date knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures governing Cabin Operations known to key personnel satisfy all laid out regulatory requirements.
Conduct Audit as assigned by the OQA.
Execute assigned audits according to Quality Assurance Manual (QAM);.
Act as the QA representative for the assigned audit. This includes relaying audit results to the Auditees and escalating issues to relevant parties where necessary until audit closure;.
Prepare and complete all assigned audit records and reports;.
Provide assistance include guiding the Auditees to complete the NCRs with root cause analysis, risk assessment performed and proposed corrective and/or preventive actions plans;.
Ensure that all NCRs are addressed in a timely and effective manner to reduce the level of risks identified, as well as conduct assigned follow-up audits as and when necessary;.
Gather resources and required information prior to and during an audit to ensure audit objective(s) is achieved.
Provide directions and guidance to new Auditors under training; and Conduct other duties as and when required by Lead Auditor - Flight (In-Flight and Cabin Operations).
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in auditing and knowledgeable of Regulations and used to work as a cabin crew would be advantageous.
Coordinate with the regulatory bodies.
Broad operational knowledge and experience in the functions of Cabin Operations.
Sound knowledge of Safety and Quality Management principle and practice.
Possess personal traits; friendly, mature, humble, self-starter and able to perform under pressure in a challenge environment.
Sound knowledge of the Cabin Operations Manual and Cabin Safety Manuals.
Proficiency in 4 English skills.
Well-versed in the functions of Microsoft Office Program.
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Able to travel when required.
