DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- Procurement (General Purchasing, Services)
- Procurement (General Purchasing, Equipment & Consumeables)
- Procurement Admin (HRIS)
- Support actual spending by tracking costs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
- Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
- Participate in the negotiation the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies.
- Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.....

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Proven working experience in the procurement capacity is an added advantage.
- Talent in negotiations and networking.
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party solutions.
- Aptitude in working with numbers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
