Bim Modeler

Create accurate and organized structural or MEP system models with Revit Software under BIM process platform.
- Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings from created model and 3D model for presentations based on design drawings according to design team’s requirement
- Investigate created 3D model against other disciplines model and utilize Navisworks to provide clash-free solution in the 3D model.
- Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for proper sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
- Keen to work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deliverables deadlines.
- Basic hand drafting skills for relevant model creation.
- Minimum 3-years of experience for utilizing Autodesk Revit modelling and AutoCAD software in metro work or commercial building/infrastructure work.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and technical structural design or MEP system design drawings and plans
- Time-management skills to meet deliverables schedule required.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and other reginal office teams.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
