Job Detail
- Providing strategic financial vision, advice and insights to the President and the board of directors to support decision-making at the company level, including investment strategies, expansion plans, sustainable growth, risk management, capital allocation and profitability.
- M&A integration of newly acquired businesses or divestitures to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with the company's financial objectives.
- Ensuring consistent financial governance practices and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards across all subsidiary businesses.
- Presenting financial and strategic updates to the President and the board of directors to keep them informed about the financial performance and strategic direction of the company as a whole.
- Overseeing the consolidation of financial data from various business units to prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports for presentation to the President and the board of directors and others.
- Supervising and providing leadership to the CFO group across 4 functions; Finance, Investor relations, Accounting and legal ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.
- Perform any duties and/or tasks assigned by the President and the board of directors.

Salary

300,000 - 400,000 (THB)

experience
- Female and Ages 35-45, Thai nationality
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or MBA and related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CFO or senior management roles is essential.
- Prior experience in both Public Company Limited and Holding Company environments is highly desirable.
- Exceptional business and financial acumen; an in-depth understanding of the Thailand & Global capital markets, and knowledge of SET/SEC regulations.
- Exhibits an open mindset, allowing for innovative and adaptive approaches to financial strategies. Possesses good soft skills, team collaboration and leadership.
- Ability to effectively communicate and presentation skills with the public and investors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English).
