Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform month-end closing procedure, year-end closing procedure and budgeting support
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process.
- Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Manage and control subordinates to make the accounting and financial operation smoothly.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Cooperate with HQ and group company for Financial and Accounting issues.

- 1. เพศหญิง อายุ 35 ปี ขึ้นไป
- 2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- 3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
- 4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชีหรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
- 5. มีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองกับสรรพากร และลูกค้าต่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับด้านบัญชี
- 6.มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด รอบคอบ มีไหวพริบ ทำงานรวดเร็ว และสามารถบริหารเวลาได้ดี ขยัน อดทน และมีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- 7. สามารถควบคุมดูแลงบการเงินรวมทั้งรายงานงบประมาณ
- 8.สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
- 9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับสนทนา
- 10. มีทักษะในการจัดการคำถามหรือปัญหาจากลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
