Bell Attendant

Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya is looking for a Bell Attendant to be another member of our team and be a part of this cultural icon. As a member of our team, you need to be good at your job, have a passion for it, be who you are and able to work within the company values.

Bell Attendant will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.

**Job Requirement**
- Create authentic experiences that rock to guests reflecting our image of rock n’ roll and relax.
- Understand overall concierge service sequences
- Able to provide efficient luggage services - storage and room delivery, check out luggage etc
- Maintain equipment used in concierge section
- Know and be able to work with the Opera System and related Hotel Software.
- Able to handle hotel outlet reservations (restaurant, cabana, spa etc) and outside reservations as requested by guest
- Understand well of hotel facilities and in-room facilities including the safe & security procedure.

**Requirements**:

- THAI Nationality Male, age not over 35 years old.
- Graduated from Faculty of Hospitality Management or related field.
- Good personality and service minded
- Work in experience 6 months minimum
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
- Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to driving and hold the Driving License is preferred
- This position is restricted to individuals with the right to work in Thailand.
