**Qualifications**:

- Male/Female, age 33 - 38 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering majored in Electronics, Electrical or related fields.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with results oriented commitment.
- Have experience about investigate customer claim in field of PCB, Motor, Compressor.
- Good knowledge about supplier audit and market claim will be advantage.
- Good knowledge about Quality control and Air-Conditioner will be advantage.
- Good communication, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Good computer proficiency.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Supervise and Control market claim investigation with supplier and analyse cause such as motor, compressor, PCB then feedback to R&D.
- Development checking method of PCB Assy and motor part for air conditioner.
- Evaluation critical point of PCB and motor since development state.
- Develop and coach subordinate such as engineer and technician.
- Perform any task assigned by QC Manager or management.
