**(This job is only available in german)**Die DMG ist der Experte für Technologie, Prozesse und Innovationen für mittlere und große Unternehmen und schafft ein Umfeld in dem ein modernes Arbeitsverständnis und zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit mit allen projektbeteiligten Realität wirdAls IT Projektmanager (m/w/d) realisierst du mit deinem Team IT Projekte von der Planung bis zum Rollout. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Team (Entwickler, DevOps, UX-/UI) und sorgst für einen erfolgreichen Projektverlauf.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Durchführung von Kundenprojekten aus den Bereich eCMS, CMS und individuellen Business Anwendungen.
- Planung, Steuerung und Monitoring der Projekte in unserem Projektmanagement-Tool Clickup
- Parallele Steuerung von mehreren Projekten
- Planung und Steuerung der Budgets, Ressourcen und Ergebnisse für die jeweiligen Projekte

**Unsere Anforderungen**
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion in IT Projekten
- Freude an Veränderungsprozessen sowie starkes Bestreben, sich permanent weiterzuentwickeln und Wissen aktiv mit anderen zu teilen
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen, gepaart mit diplomatischem Geschick und sicherem Auftritt
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Zertifizierungen sind uns weniger wichtig, wir legen Wert auf umfassende praktische Erfahrung
