ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการต่างๆทั้งหมดในระบบ รวมถึงรายการต่างๆจากoutletอื่นๆ
- จัดทำรายงาน House report
- ตรวจสอบยอดตัดบัตรเครดิต ยอดการจองว่าครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์และมีความถูกต้องหรือไม่
- ตรวจสอบรายได้ทั้งหมด และทำรายงานส่งต่อไปยังแผนกบัญชีหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป
- รับการบริการส่วนหน้า คอยบริการผู้เข้าพักในตอนกลางคืน
- ทำตามขั้นตอนต่างๆในการบริการที่โรงแรมกำหนดไว้
- แก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นต่างๆให้แก่ผู้เข้าพัก ติดต่อประสานงานกับพ่อบ้าน และซ่อมบำรุงแก้ปัญหาเมื่อเกิดเหตุตอนกลางคืน

1 ปีขึ้นไป

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาอื่นๆได้ดี

มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ

มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน Night auditor หรือ Night Shift (ด้านโรงแรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
