**THE POSITION: Video Editor**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Edit short videos for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video concepts that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual style, and tone across all video content.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of videos.
- Optimize video content for maximum engagement and reach, including proper formatting, captioning, and tagging.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, features, and formats on social media platforms to innovate and experiment with new video concepts and techniques.
- Maintain organized file management and version control for video assets and project files.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving video production processes, tools, and workflows.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and short-form content creation.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including their respective video formats, trends, and audience preferences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute compelling visual storytelling through video.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude toward learning new tools, techniques, and industry trends in video editing and content creation.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
- Communicational in English
