**Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Job Description**:

- AI Chat Platform with Adult Content Elements (pleasuredomes.ai)_

**Position Overview**: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the overall marketing strategy for an AI-driven chat platform with adult content features. This includes positioning the platform in a competitive market, managing brand image, driving user growth, and ensuring responsible and compliant promotion of adult-related services. The CMO will work closely with leadership, product, and tech teams to create and execute campaigns that align with user engagement, revenue goals, and ethical marketing practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the platform, including both mainstream and adult-focused elements. Ensure messaging aligns with business objectives while managing the complexity of adult content in different regions.
- **Brand Management**: Shape and protect the brand identity of the platform, navigating the challenges of promoting a product that includes explicit content while maintaining a strong, respectable market presence.
- **Growth Marketing**: Lead user acquisition strategies through digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and creative marketing channels, optimizing for target audience engagement and conversion.
- **Performance Marketing**: Leverage data-driven performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, affiliates), focusing on optimizing the ROI and minimizing churn.
- **Content Marketing & Community Engagement**: Oversee the development of both SFW (Safe for Work) and NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media, and influencer collaborations. Develop community-building strategies to encourage user attachment and long-term engagement.
- **Compliance & Ethics**: Ensure all marketing efforts are in full compliance with legal and ethical guidelines regarding adult content. Maintain responsible marketing standards across global markets.
- **Market Research & User Insights**: Continuously conduct market research to understand audience behavior, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine campaigns and improve customer retention.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation while ensuring the team remains aligned with the platform’s goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or similar leadership role in tech or adult entertainment industries.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, branding, and consumer behavior, especially in markets related to AI, digital content, and adult-oriented products.
- Strong understanding of marketing compliance related to adult content, particularly online.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and leading diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies across global regions, respecting cultural and legal sensitivities related to adult content.
- Data-driven mindset, with a focus on metrics and performance optimization.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with platforms that offer AI-powered services or digital content subscriptions.
- Strong digital advertising background, including familiarity with restrictions on adult content promotion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment while balancing creativity with responsibility.

Pay: ฿100,000.00 - ฿200,000.00 per month
