They also provide leadership, direction, and support to the master data governance team to ensure that data quality standards are met.

**Responsibilities may include**:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining master data governance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Overseeing the master data governance team and providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure data quality standards are met.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and ensure that master data is fit for purpose.
Working with IT and other departments to ensure that master data is integrated into relevant systems and processes.
Developing and maintaining metrics to measure data quality and identifying areas for improvement.
Managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring that third-party data sources meet quality standards.
Providing training and support to end-users to ensure that they understand the importance of master data quality.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in data management, with at least 3-5 years in master data management.
Strong understanding of master data concepts, principles, and methodologies.
Experience with data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data quality tools and technologies.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as PDPA and GDPR.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
