หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบและดำเนินการด้านการส่งออก เอกสารการส่งออกให้ลูกค้าต่างประเทศ เงื่อนไขการซื้อขาย ระหว่างประเทศ
- ประเมินประสิทธิภาพการบริการของผู้จัดการส่งสินค้า (forwarder) และผู้ให้บริการ(service provider)
- จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆเกี่ยวกับการส่งออก เช่น Proforma Invoice, Invoice ,Packing list export entry ,bill of landing ฯลฯ
- ติดตามเอกสารการนำเข้าและส่งออก กับ Supplier หรือบริษัทคู่ค้า เพื่อ Summit/Enter/Booking ให้กับการติดต่อทางเรือและทางเครื่องบิน
- ติดต่อประสานงานบริษัทขนส่งรถบรรทุก และติดตามเอกสารต่างๆ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล

- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1 - 5

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- อัธยาศัยดีและ รักการติดต่อสื่อสาร
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าตัดสินใจ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความละเอียดและรอบคอบ
