We are growthautomation.ai, a custom AI software development agency. Come January we are building out a team in Bangkok to help with the agency work and to build a Sass product.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/LLM/Python developers to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role involves working on cutting-edge SaaS solutions that leverage the power of artificial intelligence and large language models. You will be working alongside our CTO and 2-3 other team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and fine-tune LLMs using frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into our SaaS platform.
- Conduct data analysis and model training to improve AI capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI models for better performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Python programming.
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and LLMs.
- Experience with Langchain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools for fine-tuning LLM models.
- Familiarity with data science and machine learning libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in deploying SaaS solutions in a cloud environment.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
- Prior experience in a similar industry or domain.
- 1-2 years experience (not necessary but ideal)
