**Mission**
As the Creative Director, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing creative strategies that captivate audiences and drive business growth on social media for our clients. You will lead a talented team of Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters, guiding them to create compelling and award-winning social media campaigns. Your role is pivotal in achieving our agency's revenue goals and securing new business through client pitches and growing our existing client portfolio.

**Accountabilities**
- Develop and lead the agency’s overall creative strategy for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client’s long term objectives and brand identity.
- Oversee end-to-end execution for social media campaigns from concept to final delivery, ensuring performance excellence and brand growth.
- Set and upload high creative standards, conducting regular quality control checks to maintain the agency’s reputation for excellence.
- Provide mentorship, guidance and ongoing development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative growth.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with all relevant team members to ensure the social media campaign has innovative and performance focused creative concepts.
