Feedstock Trader

**Major Responsibilities**
- Develop feedstock sourcing strategy and procurement plan to ensure feedstock sufficiency with competitive price for GPCs and Other Bus
- Develop and execute feedstock contract
- Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure that feedstock quantity and quality meet our requirements
- Monitor actual price and quantity of feedstock comparing to budget and receiving plan
- Monitor and forecast feedstock market, trend and price within domestic and international
- Monitor supplier performance, feedstock quality and operational complaint to enhance service efficiency Key Accountabilities
- Execute supplier relationship to ensure sustainability and long term good relationship with reliable suppliers
- Develop and improve document and database management
- Be compliant with company’s rules, regulations, policies and related standard procedures
- Perform and follow up any assignment from management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Expertise in Petrochemical procurement or planning
