Site Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project manager / Senior Manager in internal and external liaisons.
- Study and maintain filing system on building codes, environmental regulations, zoning regulations and land development laws.
- Control issuing of design drawings for internal and external uses.
- Maintain and update technical data/information of material, system, products relevant to design.
- Provide supporting information to other principles (such as structural, M&E etc) within the department or other departments.
- Study and advice on possible design improvements for future projects.
- Assist in managing Designers / Consultants contracts. Process and check Designers / Consultants payments.
- Supervise the construction and assist the project manager to resolve the construction issue.
- Performing other duties as may be directed by Project Manager / Senior Manager from time to time.
- Assist in preparing project master plan, conceptual design and design briefing.
- Coordinate among designers and follow up design issues.
- Organize design meetings and produce minutes of meetings as required.
- Assist in reviewing design drawings/specifications and tender drawings/specifications of new projects. Assist in tender clarification.
- Assist in preparing tender reports and construction contracts
- Assist in preparing submission drawings and documents to relevant government authorities. Sign Off documents as required.
- Assist in tendering of Designers / Consultants contracts.
- Assist the project manager in delivering property projects and ensure design intent is carried out through the whole process construction.
- Provide technical information and drawings to the site team.
- Review and comment contractor’s shop drawings and material submittal and ensure adherence of designers’ intent and specifications. Clarify design issues with designers to ensure information is provided to contractors in a timely manner.
- Produce shop drawings, sketches, construction detail as required for clarification and /or improvement.
- Inspect construction works to ensure adherence to the design drawings, spec and regulations
- Assist the project manager to monitor and resolve the construction issue on site.
- Coordinate with sales regarding customer options and modifications. Produce drawings, sketches, samples as required.
- Review and comment all as-built drawings
- Provide technical support on estate maintenance issues during and after the defect liability period.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architect or above in any field.

2. Has experience in the property development, construction management at least 5 years.
