- Supervise inspectors, technicians, other staff and provide guidance, feedback.
- Zero tolerance & full compliance with high risk/critical work : Permit system.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirement.
- Approve the right products or reject defective.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Oversea all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
- Analyze scrap and defect data for trends and prepare plants to reduce waste.
- Establish quality cost controlling.
- Supervise & support the team during problem-solving to determine true Root Causes of defect, complete 8D reports.
- Lead the continuous improvement of quality processes in the plant such as defects ppm reduction and cost of poor quality. (rework, scrap reduction)
- Continually improve process, product quality and lead Operator Quality training.
- Maintain a strong focus on production quality requirements for both internal and external customers.
- ** Requirement**:

- Male, age 35 years old up.
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- At least 5 years work experience in QA/QC job.
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
- Communicate in Japanese (N3 up)
- Experience in Press, Cold Forging process will be advantage.
- Good relationship.
- Can work under pressure.
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: Thai, English, Japanese
- ** Working Hour**: 08.00 ~ 17.00
- ** Holiday**: Working on Sat depend on company calendar
