Our client is a property tech firm that operates in several Southeast Asian countries and is concentrated on developing the long-term rental community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Performing full financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
- Performing general ledger accounting, preparing monthly account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Implementing accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Facilitating completion of annual group audit and annual statutory audit. Execute tasks in providing supporting documents to auditors, variance analysis, and other internal and external audit tasks.
- Communicating directly with statutory auditors.
- Supporting finance-related and system enhancement projects (process improvements, automation, etc.).
- Being responsible for quarterly GST/VAT/WHT returns.
- Handling the maintenance of General Ledger master data.
- Handling all GL-related journals including journal approvals, journal posting, and documentation.
- Costing Allocation for Cost & Others P&L Cost.
- Managing all month-end control processes, ensuring to meet global closing timeline.
- Handling intercompany entry and settlement. Ensuring proper accounting for expenses and timely Intercompany settlement.
- Supporting the taxation matters of the entity
- coordinate, plan, and manage including liaising with tax authorities the tax-related matters as well as participating as key members in the tax preparation process of the Group.

**Key Requirements**
- **At least 4-5 years of working experience in an Accounting role.**:

- Hold a CPD license.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
- Good written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English and Thailand (Reporting to foreign leaders).
