**Purpose of the position.**
- Internal/ external steak holder management
- Manage department P/L
- Lead to manage operation team for a smooth operation and met customer KPI.
- Act as department BD and solutions design for transport department
- Sourcing, procure and verify transport vendor, subcontractor to support transport business
- Resource planning
- Transport Innovation and sustainability lead

**Key Tasks**

**Operation**
- Lead transport team to manage with smooth operation
- Provide solutions to improve failure area to met KPI’s target
- Provide a high level for improvement plan to customer on monthly meeting
- Setup new operation

**Business Development**
- Attend on RFQ, meeting with customer for a new transport bidding
- Provide transportation rate as request by customer and BD team
- Assist BD team to provide a transport solutions with transportation rate for any RFQ inrelate with warehouse
- Procure/sourcing a new subcontractor/vendor for all truck type and all area coverage
- Prepare/ assist to prepare/ review customer contract.
- Prepare contract between DSV and subcontractor/vendor

**Department P/L**
- Analyse operation data together with financial data
- Point out the key factor for the month profit and/or loss
- Suggest P/L improvement plan
- Provide annual budget

**People Management**
- Provide a short, medium and long term resource planning to support operation
- Manage a training for both internal and outside
- Individual assist and training for improve knowledge and abilities

**Sustainability**
- Lead to provide sustainability program for both internal DSV and customer
- Continuous/update for new EV Truck and other transport sustainability equipment for seeking the opportunity to provide EV Truck for both DSV and customer
- Provide an EV truck feasibility for customer and top management for approved

**Quality, Health, Safety & Environment**
- Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.

**Educational background / Work experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Logistics management, Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in transport business
- Minimum of 3 years on managerial role in transport field.

**Language skills**
- Good command of read, written and spoken English and Thai

**Computer Literacy**
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with TMS
