This site is the **integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center**. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

**Manufacturing Plant**:The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

**R&D Center**: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

**Job Description**:

- Control 6 injection molding machines to achieve its high performance
- React on the problem in the shopfloor with fast action
- Control stock for seal part and quantity in SAP system
- Check and control the quality of the part together with MAP and Quality Department
- Control and improve IDC and block part
- Set up the machine, equipment and tooling for production
- Control and ensure raw materials in production line
- Cooperate, attend and support an improvement activity
- Prepare a production daily report and a production problem report
- Work according to BPS standard including KANBAN, 5S, 14Q, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational**:

- Diploma degree or Higher educational levels

**Qualification**:

- Good communication in both English and Thai
- Good knowledge in injection molding process
- Fast action oriented
- Problem solving skill
- Familiar with production standard
- Experience in manufacturing series production at least 3 years
- Willingness to travel overseas
