**Dusit Headquarter in Bangkok is currently looking for a student trainee for the Corporate Food & Beverage Department.**
- Assists to research data for ongoing and future projects
- Analyzes industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Assists in the analysis of audit reports, performance reports, and other tools to identify key areas for improvement
- Observes operations in F&B outlets to drive continuous improvement
- Tracks the progress of pre-opening projects in TaskWorld and reports a weekly update
- Follows up on the implementation of initiatives at each property and maintains an updated record
- Monitors the timely submission of reports and ensures their accuracy and compliance
- Prepares a monthly summary report based on the individual F&B Outlet Reports
- Takes minutes for F&B weekly internal meetings and keeps an updated record in the system
- Performs other duties as assigned by F&B Corporate Team
- คุณสมบัติ
- current studying at a university in Thailand or overseas
- previous experience in F&B e.g. internship or part time job
- communication skills in English
- passion for F&B and hospitality
- available for at least 3 months
