**Job Title - Account Executive (Business Development Team)**

**What the day will look like**

The Account Executive is required to co-ordinate with team leader and team members in solving problems, providing best services to the clients and maintains good relationship with controlling offices, clients, insurers and other departments of the company.
- To contact with insurer admin team and follow up insurance policy, invoices and related document
- Manage client files and review policy checklist
- Recheck client files to ensure they are in good order and comply to Aon document policy
- Help the team managing the information in Aon Connect both new & renew accounts
- Manage new client document process
- Manage both new and renew end-to-end booking process
- Submit cover request forms
- Prepare and send correspondence to a related eam
- Manage Lapsed accounts
- Seek for confirmation from client/cedant/reinsurer

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance filed
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent in English and Thai Communication Skills
- Ability in Microsoft Word/Excel and Internet required
- Good personality and human relationship
- Able to work independently with initiative and high team spirit
