Boat Builder

**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate production workflow over multiple catamaran build projects
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance
- Determine equipment and core materials needed to cover production demand
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Ensure quality
- Supervise and evaluate performance of workforce, train as required
- Monitor projects to ensure they will finish on time within budget
- Enforce health & safety precautions
- Liaise with management team to formulate objectives and understand requirements

**Work Experience & Skills**

To succeed in this role we expect you to be hands on, analytical, organized and structured with an eye for detail. You have the ability to work independently and to take the initiative.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Boat Building Industry
- Degree or Technical Vocational Diploma in Marine Construction or equivalent
- Ability to read and write English (a plus)

**Salary**: ฿60,000.00 - ฿100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thailand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- Thai, English (preferred)
