Our client is a developer in the Real Estate industry.

They are now seeking a Marketing Manager to join their company.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting Market Research and Analysis as part of business and product development.
- Creating strong Branding and Communication for the company and projects and products.
- Creating project marketing budget then managing, monitoring, and controlling the budget.
- Actively taking part in the Product Development process by providing ideas, market research or customer insight, product mix, for example.
- Creating and executing Online/offline Marketing Strategy to achieve sales goals.
- Handling the online ads strategy SEM, and SEO to achieve Marketing Quality Leads (MQLs).
- Managing and delivering the sales supporting prints and documents.
- Creating and planning sales promotions and campaigns.
- Creating sales briefs and monitoring to ensure optimal sales performance and achieving the target.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related not over 35 years old.
- Having experience in Marketing at least 3 years in Real estate, Ads agencies, hotels, the Travel industry, etc.
- Experience in SEO SEM.
- Experience in marketing communication/branding/PR/CRM.
- Experience in managing people in a team would be an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Open-minded: always willing to learn and get out of my comfort zone.
- Creative and innovative: the ability to think outside the box and bring those ideas into practice/results.
