About Us: Lalco trading is a Lao company building a mining and commodity business in Laos. Our focus is on trading commodities and developing mining projects from exploration to production.
We Are Hiring: We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and advance our mining projects. If you meet either of the criteria below, we want to hear from you
**Duties**:
- Plan geology projects and field sampling events.
- Survey sites, create logs and maps using GIS.
- Gather and analyze geological data.
- Coordinate research programs.
Examine the composition of samples and specimens.
- Measure and test fossils, rocks, soil, ores and other material with the proper instruments.
- Write reports on findings.
- Conduct quality control on the suitability of material and inspect projects.
- Study sites for developments, formations, hazards, and composition.
- Investigate and evaluate natural resource deposits.
- Consult on various geology-related issues like waste management, resource management and more.
- Ensure environmental and other regulations are met in construction and production projects.
Work location:
- Based in Vientiane Capital, travel to mining sites in other provinces regularly
